Mugrave SuperValu-Centra is to be the anchor tenant of a mixed retail and residential development in a 13-storey block at Belgard Square in Tallaght.
Musgrave has bought the supermarket and off-licence space which will extend to 1,572 sq m (16,921 sq ft).
Due for completion in 2005, the scheme will include 18 retail units with a combined space of 7,569 sq m (81,472 sq ft), a leisure centre, creche and 372 apartments. The scheme qualifies for tax breaks.

CB Richard Ellis Gunne is seeking over €1.3 million for Kincora House, a 14-bedroom, three-star guesthouse at Lisdoonvarna, Co Clare. The long established business operates out of a property dating back to 1860 and includes a seven-day pub licence and restaurant.
Gunne, along with Mullery O'Donal & Doyle in Galway, are seeking offers over €2.5 million for O'Flaherty's Bar and an adjoining site at Coastelloe, Connemara, Co Galway. The property includes a six-bedroom family home and a site of 1.5 acres.
