The Davy-backed Avenue Capital has completed the purchase of four provincial shopping centres for about €40 million.

The Harvest Portfolio was originally to have included Cashel shopping centre, but this was sold separately.

The other centres in the Harvest Portfolio sold on behalf of Nama were Dungarvan, Mullingar, Cashel and Johnstown in Navan.

Bannon and Lisney were joint selling agents.
