Edward Hanafin of Lisney's Cork office is inviting best bids by November 14th for a residential site of 2.06 hectares (5.1 acres) adjoining Cork Constitution sports grounds at Churchyard Lane in Ballintemple.
An Bord Pleanála cleared the way in March 2009 for 28 houses and 116 apartments in five main blocks.
New owners may opt for a revised planning permission which would increase the number of houses at the expense of some of the apartments.
Lisney is quoting a guide price of €1.6 million which works out at about €314,000 an acre.
