The eight-year-old centre extends to 1,012sq m (10,900sq ft) and is anchored by Centra and Bradley’s Pharmacy.

The first floor is rented by Tom Rodgers’s dental practice and Fusion Hair Salon. When fully let it should produce a rental income of €200,000.
