Boland’s Quay development marketing campaign gets under way

Massive docklands project has expected expenditure of €150 million

Joint agents JLL and Lisney are to launch a marketing campaign over the coming weeks for the commercial element of Boland’s Quay, one of the largest developments ever planned for Dublin with an expected expenditure of €150 million.

Three new buildings in the south docklands will have about 36,851sq m (397,000sq ft) of office, residential, retail and cultural space.

The project will also involve the restoration of protected mill buildings and the development of a new civic plaza looking on to the waterfront at Grand Canal Dock.

Mark Reynolds, who acts as receiver along with his colleague Glenn Cran of Savills, said that less than six months after obtaining planning approval they were on site and progressing the project.
