Omni shopping centre at Santry, Dublin 9, is to get a major boost with the opening of a large H&M store.
The Swedish fashion giant has taken over the former Tempest fashion outlet, which has a floor area of 1,207sq m (13,000sq ft) over two levels. The letting terms include a base rent with most of the landlord’s revenue coming from a percentage of the turnover.
George Ross of letting agents Jones Lang LaSalle said the arrival of H&M should lead to an increase in the number of visitors above the current footfall of 125,000 per week.
