Boots leases shop at The Park in Carrickmines

Off-market letting at rent of €200,000

Boots Ireland, the pharmacy-led health and beauty chain, has leased a substantial new store in Quadrant 2 of The Park in Carrickmines, Co Dublin.

The trader is believed to have agreed a rent in the region of €200,000 for 464sq m (5,000sq ft) in an off-market letting. The store was occupied by Howard's Storage World and is located in a fully occupied section of the park adjacent to TK Maxx, Harvey Norman, Lifestyle Sports and Heatons. This latest acquisition comes following a number of recent Dublin openings in Malahide, Glenageary, Blackrock and Drimnagh. Boots Ireland has also secured premises in Tralee, Bandon, Ballincollig,Carrigaline, Kilkenny, Arklow and Sligo.

Stephen Murray of JLL, described the new store in Carrickmines as an "extremely desirable location for business". The unit was being fitted out and would open on April 27th.
