HotelsOne of Dublin's best located boutique hotels, Butlers Townhouse Hotel at Lansdowne Road, is to be sold by tender through HT Meagher O'Reilly on June 9th.

James Meagher of that agency is quoting a guide price of over €5 million for the hotel which has a floor area of 789.6sq m (8,500sq ft), and 20 en suite bedrooms along with a kitchen, dining and conservatory area.

The vendors would also consider a short-term leaseback of the property at a rental of €300,000 per annum. The agents say there is significant development potential on the large corner site which would be used either for an extension to the hotel or to develop between 15 and 20 apartments.

The hotel is located opposite The Berkeley Court Hotel and a short distance from Lansdowne Road stadium which is to be redeveloped and enlarged.
