Knight Frank has secured €3.1 million for Mount Pleasant Business Park in Ranelagh, Dublin 6, which was sold on the instructions of insolvency experts Duff & Phelps.

The park consists of seven two-storey converted office units with an overall floor area of 1,869sq m (20,017sq ft) and parking for 31 cars. The property was a Tayto Crisps factory before being converted into offices. These are now let under 10 tenancies at an overall rent of €380,000.
