A high profile mixed-use investment property along High Street in Dublin’s historical Christchurch area is to be offered for sale through DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

Johnny O’Connor of that agency is seeking €1.1 million for four own-door ground floor commercial units and a penthouse apartment which are currently producing a combined annual income of €152,312.

The new owner can bank on a return of 13.26 per cent. The guide price equates to a capital value of €1,743 per sq m (€162 per sq ft) which seems certain to rise over the coming years.

The overall floor area extends to 630sq m (6,785sq ft) including a penthouse apartment of 60sq m (646sq ft) which is rented to Stay City Limited at €20,000 per annum under a lease expiring in 2016. Two of the commercial units are let to Collins Crowley solicitors and CM Haughey solicitors.
