IN DUBLIN city centre Savills is guiding €400,000 for a retail building at 40 South William Street, Dublin 2, which is being sold on the instructions of KPMG receiver Kieran Wallace.
The Taste Food Co cafe is renting the premises for €37,000 a year and is also in the adjoining building.
The rent will give investors an income yield of 8.85 per cent under a lease which has another 19 years to run.
The four-storey over basement building has a floor area of 124sq m (1,337sq ft).
