City centre investment makes €2.8m

Office Retail A private investor has paid around €2

Office Retail A private investor has paid around €2.8 million for a mid-terrace retail and office building along Nassau Street, one of the busiest stretches in Dublin city centre. Hamilton Osborne King had been seeking over €2.1 million for the five-storey building, number 47, which is currently producing €72,375.

The selling agents have suggested that the property is highly reversionary with a significaly rental increase expected at the next review in November, 2005. The Nassau Street building is one of only a small number of city centre shops that have come on the market in the past year.
