Lisney has secured €1.1 million for a Spar shop retail investment on the corner of O’Connell Street and Cathedral Lane, Dublin. The five- storey over basement building has a net internal floor area of 300sq m (3,229sq ft) and is producing an overall rent of €82,500 per annum.
The ground floor and basement are let to Spar on a new 10-year lease from last January at a market rent of €47,500. The tenant has break option at the end of 2018 subject to a penalty equal to six months rent.
The upper floors produce an additional €35,000.
