Joint agents JLL and Lisney are quoting rents of more than €484 per sq m (€45 per sq ft) for soon-to-be-refurbished offices at blocks 1 and 2 at Clanwilliam Court on Lower Mount Street in Dublin 2.

Block 1 has 3,029sq m (32,600sq ft) of space and 74 car-parking spaces while Block 2, which is already partially occupied, will have 2,253sq m (24,255sq ft) available to let over three floors.

The blocks are owned by the international property firm London & Regional and benefit from proximity to the Dart and numerous bus routes in a popular part of the city beside the Grand Canal.
