Redevelopment LandAn interesting redevelopment opportunity will arise shortly on the Howth Road in Clontarf, Dublin 3, when two detached bungalows on a site of almost half an acre are sold at auction.

Brian Hennessy of Sherry FitzGerald is quoting over €2.8 million for 193/195 Howth Road which goes to auction on May 23rd.

The two detached bungalows were built for two brothers in 1926 and are still owned by a relative. There are beautiful mature gardens wrapped around both houses and rows of shrubs and trees to ensure privacy. The likelihood is that the site of 0.46 of an acre will be used for a parade of about six shops with overhead apartments.

Howth Road remains one of the most popular residential areas on the north side of the city.
