Dublin estate agency Coldwell Banker Commercial has opened a London branch at 9 Cheval Place in Knightsbridge. Headed by veteran property experts Chris Palmer, Robin Paterson and Alex Upson, the office will offer a full suite of brokerage and investment consultancy services.

"It's been a long time in the planning and we are very excited that the time has now arrived," said managing director Gary Neilson. "With access to a range of investment assets including prime central London office buildings, retail investments and development sites we would expect a lot of interest from foreign investors."
