A MARKETING campaign is being launched today for a newly completed office building – One Grand Parade – overlooking the Grand Canal at the junction with Ranelagh Road in Dublin 6.

Willie Dowling of CB Richard Ellis is quoting a rent of €538 per sq m (€50 per sq ft) for the 2,991sq m (32,195sq ft) block which is characterised by energy efficient materials and air handling systems, features that will undoubtedly appeal to companies looking for a headquarters-style building at reduced running costs.

While the owners would naturally prefer a single tenant, they are also prepared to let it on a floor-by-floor basis in a range of sizes from 325sq m (3,498sq ft).
