A well-maintained Georgian office building at 33 Lower Leeson Street in Dublin 2 goes on the market today through CBRE with a guide price of €2 million. The four-storey over-basement building extends to 403sq m (4,342sq ft) and retains many of its original decorative features including mouldings.

Alex Fahey of CBRE said the house catered for the needs of office-occupiers with a mixture of perimeter trunking and floor boxes throughout. It also had a larger than usual parking ratio with 12 spaces at the rear off Hatch Lane.
