THE NORTH CITY Business Park, off the North Road in Dublin 11, has emerged as one of the best performing industrial parks over the past 12 months despite the tough market conditions.
In that time, the Rohan Holdings-owned park has attracted no fewer than 11 new tenants who moved into premises varying in size from 203sq m (2,185sq ft) to 809sq m (8,708sq ft). In the past three months alone, Severn Trent, Eurofins and Jordan Media have rented accommodation in the park. Last month, a 252sq m (2,712sq ft) building was let at a rent of €65 per sq m. Richard Stuart of Savills, who is letting agent for the park, is currently quoting a rent of €82,990 for a semi-detached industrial building of 1,028sq m (11,065sq ft) which has an extensive yard.
