A FORMER BANK premises at 10 Grattan Crescent, Inchicore, Dublin 8, is to be redeveloped as a national hub for social enterprise and innovation.
Built in the 1940s, the former Munster Leinster bank is currently home to Clann Credo, the Social Investment Fund and the Irish Social Finance Centre, which has owned the building since 1999.
Paul O’Sullivan, chief executive of Clann Credo, said it was planned to open the building to the community while providing it with a new public face. The work would focus on restoring the original character of the building by stripping away some of the elements that were added over the years.
