IRISH FURNITURE CHAIN EZ Living is to open a new store at Airside Retail Park between Dublin Airport and Swords. The company is likely to be paying around €250,000 for the shop, which has 1,073 sq m (11,549 sq ft) on the ground floor and 557 sq m (5,995 sq ft) at mezzanine level.

EZ Living is now associated with a dozen outlets around the country, of which four are directly run by the company. The remainder are concessions with other retail premises.

Stephen Murray of Jones Lang LaSalle said that, of the 18 outlets in Airside, only one remained unoccupied and this would shortly be divided into two units of 1,353 sq m (14,563 sq ft) and 1,275 sq m (13,723 sq ft).
