Four former executives who recently left DTZ Sherry FitzGerald in Dublin have set up a new property advisory company with offices at number 7 Lower Hatch Street.

It will trade as HT Meagher O'Reilly and offer a range of expertise from office and commercial agency work to investment, development and valuations advice.

The new company has been formed by three senior directors of DTZ, James Meagher, Adrian Trueick and Declan O'Reilly, and also by Deirdre Hayes, who was an associate director of DTZ's agency department.

Mr Meagher headed up DTZ's development land division, Mr Trueick specialised in investments and Mr O'Reilly handled the commercial agency department.

The new lineup also includes associate directors Robert Fay and Paul Hanly, who with Mr O'Reilly and Ms Hayes, were named the Property Week office agency of the year. They handled a number of the largest ever lettings in the country including the PricewaterhouseCoopers deal on Spencer Dock and Vodafone's letting in Central Park. Mr Trueick also handled the €90 million sale of AIB's former HQ at the IFSC and McCann FitzGerald's recent sale and leaseback of its proposed new HQ at Grand Canal Dock.

A statement from the new agency says it will continue to handle a number of high profile commercial lettings in Dublin including the Smithfield Market development, Swords Business Campus, Park West, the Oval on Shelbourne Road and Flag Properties' office scheme at City Quay.

In addition to both domestic and overseas invesment, the company will continue to build on the innovative property fund consortium investment products developed by Mr Meagher for SF Capital. He developed and managed funds of up to €80 million.
