The Spar shop unit at 115 Grafton Street in Dublin 2 is available to rent at €250,000 via a subletting until January 2020 through agent JLL. Spar is vacating the building later this week.

This is a prime retail pitch opposite Trinity College on the busy thoroughfare linking College Green and St Stephen’s Green.
