REDEVELOPMENT SITE:THE FORMER LaTouche Hotel on a site of 2.2 acres at Greystones, Co Wicklow is to be sold at tender on the instructions of receiver Jim Luby of McStay Luby

Garvan Walsh of agent Kelly Walsh is suggesting a price of over €15 million for the site which he says has retail potential because of its town centre zoning and the fact that it faces on to three roads.

There is currently planning permission to develop 85 apartments, a small hotel and some 818sq m (8,805sq ft) of offices and retail. The property includes Cliff Cottage on 0.35 of an acre.
