A rent of €592 per sq m (€55 per sq ft) is being quoted for newly refurbished office space at the Harcourt Centre on Harcourt Street in Dublin 2.

The letting, for a 488sq m (5,250sq ft) self-contained unit on the second floor of Block 8, is being handled by agent Knight Frank. A rent of €4,500 per space is also being quoted for the four car-parking spots that come with the unit.

The second floor has recently been upgraded and its fit-out includes data cabling, comms room, canteen and two private offices.

Tenants at the Harcourt Centre include EY, Regeneron, Travelers Insurance and NTT Communications. CNP Santander occupied the unit prior to its relocation to Three Park Place.
