The well-known newspaper and coffee kiosk in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, is to be offered for sale as an investment for €200,000 by agents CBRE.

At that price, a purchaser can expect to earn a return of 7.5 per cent.

The kiosk at the junction of Lansdowne Road, Pembroke Road and Northumberland Road is let to Silverskin Coffee Roasters at a rent of €15,600. The short-term lease expires in January 2017.

Natalie Brennan of CBRE says the hexagon-shaped kiosk which extends to 3.4 sq m (37sq ft) will appeal to investors interested in the short-term lease and income stream that it has to offer.
