Homewares retailer Homestore & More is opening its first Galway store next spring beside the well-known G Hotel.

The company has agreed a rent of close to €145,000 for a retail unit extending to 1,904sq m (20,494sq ft) of space at developer Gerry Barrett’s Wellpark Retail Park.

Meanwhile, Simon Plunkett of Douglas Newman Good Commercial is quoting €150,000 for a marginally smaller unit in the same centre.
