The fast expanding Irish homewares retailer, Homestore & More, is continuing to grow with a new outlet in Newbridge Retail Park. The company has agreed a headline rent of €240,000 for the 1,850sq m (20,000sq ft) unit which was formerly occupied by Atlantic Homecare. Florence Stanley of CBRE is advising the trader.
