Joint agents Bannon and Knight Frank are seeking €2.25 million for a prime housing redevelopment site at Killiney Hill Road in Killiney, Co Dublin, which is for sale by private treaty.

The 1.15-acre plot currently accommodates Cromlech Cottage, a spacious house dating from the 1960s, and is surrounded by a range of high-value homes.

The site is zoned for residential development under the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council Development Plan and, according to Cian McMorrow of Bannon, it could accommodate 13 or 14 terraced homes. “We are expecting significant interest in this sale,” he says. “There is a substantial number of developers looking for this type of prime infill site in south Dublin where the demand far exceeds the supply.”

The site has the added advantage of being within 1.5km of Killiney Dart station as well as within 2.5km of Cherrywood Luas stop.
