Treasury Holdings is pushing ahead with another office block at Spencer Dock in the Dublin docklands following the success of its letting programme.
The company is about to lodge a planning application for a 10-storey office and retail building with a gross floor area of 66,002sq m (710,439sq ft) above basement.
There will be a large enclosed foyer area at ground floor level where there will be a coffee dock and informal seating.
With so many workers moving to the area - not to mention the huge number of new apartments dwellers - Treasury has opted for 12 retail units on the ground floor with a total area of 4,375sq m (47,092sq ft). A double basement car-park will accommodate 22 car-parking spaces and 348 bicycle parking spaces.
