COMMERCIAL agency HWBC has appointed investment specialist Jonathan Hillyer as the new managing director in succession to Michael Coyle. Hillyer started his career in the UK.

He was appointed fund manager with Baring Houston Saunders (now ING Real Estate), where he worked on various property portfolios including Rolls Royce and Xerox pension funds. He has had 10 years experience of working in Ireland and before joining HWBC in 2007, handled commercial investments for Colliers International.
