Group to pay €290 per sq m rent for Clonskeagh offices
Ardagh Glass Group plc is relocating its headquarters to Unit 4 at Richview Office Park in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14.
The rent will be €290 per sq m (€27 per sq ft) for the building which has a floor area of 704sq m (7,578sq ft). There will also be a charge of €1,200 for each of the 26 car-parking spaces. The lease provides for a break in the 10th year.
The move by Ardagh is part of the continued expansion of the group which has a long history in the glass industry and is a leading supplier of glass containers in Europe.
Joint agents Quinn Agnew, Spain Courtney Doyle and HWBC handled the letting of the block for Irish Life Investment Managers.
Developer pays almost €10m for small redevelopment site in D3
A Galway-based developer has paid just short of €10 million for a redevelopment site at 59/60 Clontarf Road, Dublin 3. The site of 0.9 of an acre is likely to accommodate more than 30 apartments, as well as a commercial unit on the ground floor. The sale was handled by Wesley Rothwell of CB Richard Ellis.
Town centre site of 3.4 acres in Rush sells for over €12 million
A town centre development site in Rush village in north Dublin has been sold for over €12 million by agent Kelly & Co. The site of 3.4 acres is beside a former church and is likely to be used for a mixed-use development which will include a convenience store, hotel, shops and a residential scheme.
