€3.25 million for Sandycove buildings with mixed-use zoning

Knight Frank Ganly Walters is seeking €3.25 million for two adjoining buildings at 52 and 53 Glasthule Road, Sandycove, which are for sale by private treaty. The zoning for the area would allow them to be redeveloped for retail, office, residential, restaurant or as a medical centre. The three-storey buildings extend to 380sq m (4,090sq ft) and are currently used as offices.

Ballsbridge industrial unit for €3m or to rent for €100,000

Harrington & Co is quoting a selling price of €3 million and a rent of €100,000 for an industrial premises at 67 Pembroke Lane, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. It is currently occupied by stationery and office supplier AM Dunne & Sons. The two-storey facility has a floor area of 535sq m (5,759sq ft).

Offices overlooking grounds of Trinity to rent for €196,000

The first floor of College Park House on South Frederick Street in Dublin 2, which extends to 455.23sq m (4,900sq ft), is available to let through Jones Lang LaSalle at an annual rent of €196,000. It includes three car-parking spaces. Overlooking Trinity College's grounds, the office suite is laid out mainly as an open-plan office but also has cellular offices.

Activision takes lease in D1

Computer games specialists Activision has leased 1,500sq m (16,146sq ft) of office space in Kings Inn House at Parnell Street, Dublin 1. The firm has opened offices in Paris and Amsterdam. The lease will include regular break options while the rent is €301 per sq m (€28 per sq ft). Atisreal and CBRE handled the letting for Danninger.

€4m for industrial on 1.49 acres

William Harvey & Co is looking for €4 million for a redevelopment opportunity at 108 and 109 Bann Road in Dublin Industrial Estate. The detached industrial building stands on a site of 1.49 acres and is zoned for business units.

Blackrock bar for €3.1m

DNG Commercial is seeking €3.1 million for the former Mad Hatter bar at 39 Main Street, Blackrock, Co Dublin. The 263sq m (2,831sq ft) premises is suitable for a range of retail purposes and is also available to rent at €130,000 per annum.

Argos for Fairgreen centre

UK multiple Argos has signed up for a new 1,450sq m (15,608sq ft) store in the second phase of the Fairgreen shopping centre in Carlow. The trader will join Next, River Island, New Look and Champion Sports in the next phase of the centre which is being developed by Parker Green International.
