Industrial makes €1.9m

Brendan Smyth of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald has secured €1.9 million for an industrial building with considerable redevelopment opportunities next to the Beacon Hospital on Blackthorn Road in Sandyford, Dublin 18. The sale was triggered by Crowe Howth at the request of Danske Bank.

The industrial building extends to 2,542sq m (27,359sq ft) on a site of 0.63 of a hectare (1.57 acres). The property is currently let to Blackthorn Studios on a four-year-nine-month lease from 2013 at a rent of €24,000 a year. There is a tenant and landlord break after 18 months.
