A cash buyer has acquired two adjoining properties at Grange Parade in the Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Dublin 13.

Gavin Butler of Savills had been seeking a combined price of €5.5 million for the two properties which extend to 1.2 hectares (3 acres) and were sold on the instructions of receivers.

Jarlath Lynn of CBRE acted for the purchaser.
