Set up in 1887 to provide insurance cover for the Anglican church in Britain, it entered the Irish market in 1980 and has grown its services to include eduction, heritage and charity sectors. The company is paying around €247 per sq m (€23 per sq ft) for 557sq m (6,000sq ft) in Kilmore House which was developed by Treasury Holdings.

The lease runs for 10 years. Paul Scannell of HWBC advised Ecclesiastical and Michael Healy of Savills acted for Treasury.
