IT security company Integrity Solutions is the latest company to buy an office suite in the Concourse Building in Sandyford, Co Dublin. It paid €630,000 for 630sq m (6,781sq ft) on the third floor and six basement car parking spaces. The suite is fitted to a high standard including a reception area, board room and a canteen. Robert Colleran of Allsop Space handled the sale for O'Toole Partnership who designed Beacon Court and Beacon South Quarter. Colleran is also handling the sale of another similar sized office suite in The Mall area which is priced at €650,000.
