OfficesThe Irish Cancer Society, the national charity for cancer care, is to sell its headquarters at Northumberland Road, Dublin 4, following its purchase of the former offices of accountants Ollie Freaney a few doors away.
Declan O'Reilly of HT Meagher O'Reilly is guiding over €4.5 million for the former church hall which stands on a one-quarter acre site.
The property also has the potential for three or four mews-style houses at the rear with a separate access off Percy Place.
The period office building is not listed and has 512 sq m (5,511 sq ft) of office accommodation spread over the two floors. In addition, the property has 10 on-site car-parking spaces.
The facilities are in excellent condition.
Mr O'Reilly expects considerable interest in the property from both owner-occupiers and investors/developers.
He says that the mews site will undoubtedly be of special interest to developers seeking a quality location beside Mount Street Bridge for a mews or apartment development.
The property is to be sold by tender in one or two lots on December 10th.
