Marketing:Commercial agency HWBC adopted a new corporate logo and rebrand at a gala launch last week.
The company will be promoting itself as the "property professionals", according to its marketing manager.
HWBC is one of the few remaining independent, wholly Irish-owned agencies operating in the Irish market. Its executives have dealt with the key players on the commercial scene here for the last 30 years.
The rain-swept but enjoyable launch took place in front of 200 guests at the Taste of Dublin food and wine event in Dublin's elegant Iveagh Gardens. The location was chosen in part because the company's offices are based nearby in Harcourt Street.
"The new branding is a key part of our strategy to raise our profile in an increasingly competitive market and to consolidate our position as a significant independent player at the forefront of the Irish commercial property business," said HWBC managing director, Michael Harrington.
It will allow the company to renew its presence in the competitive Irish commercial property marketplace, and give it a new look.
The company also plans to market itself more aggressively in future, says Declan Power, the company's marketing manager.
The firm will be promoting itself as the "property professionals", "to stand out from the crowd in a marketplace where virtually anyone can set themselves up to trade in commercial property", said Declan Power.
"It is vital in the current climate to reaffirm our credentials to new and potential clients, and our new corporate brand will assist in this," said Power.
"We pride ourselves on training and retaining highly qualified staff who have relevant coal-face experience and valuable industry contacts to get the business done in an efficient professional manner."
