Japanese company Mitsubishi UFJ Lease and Finance Group is moving its European office to new accommodation at 2 Custom House Plaza beside Connolly Station in Dublin 1.

The company will be paying around €247 per sq m (€23 per sq ft) for 191sq m (2,059sq ft) on a 10-year lease with break options. Although the suite is fully furnished the company plans to refit it to the same standard as in other overseas offices.

The company handles a range of financial services including finance leases, auto finance and real estate related finance.
