International property investment firm Kennedy Wilson has acquired Gardner House, the Dublin office block which is home to the international headquarters of LinkedIn.

The deal is believed to be worth in the region of €45 million.

Kennedy Wilson said it had taken the Dublin 2 building in an off market transaction.

“The off market purchase of the Gardner House loans back in November provided KWE with a high quality income stream while we explored resolutions with the borrower. We are pleased to successfully employ our ‘loan-to-own’ strategy to access a high-quality property in a prime location,” Kennedy Wilson chief executive Mary Ricks said.
