Agent HWBC is guiding €630,000 for a retail building occupied by Storm at 21 Upper Liffey Street, Dublin 1.
Michael Rochford’s retail company is paying a rent of €52,000 for the three-storey building which is subject to an upwards-only review in 2015.
HWBC is also guiding a price of €350,000 for the Café Sol retail premises at 58 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2.
The 14.77sq m (159sq ft) unit is let to Café Sol under a 25-year lease with upwards-only reviews from 1999 at a current rent of €26,000 per annum.
