Mayo’s Hotel Ballina on market for €1.75m

The four-star Hotel Ballina in Co Mayo, which has been trading successfully in recent years, is to be sold on the instructions of KPMG who were appointed receivers by ACC.

Kirsty Rothwell of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is quoting €1,750,000 for the 87-bedroom hotel which is currently being run by hotel managers Delata. It is located along the N26 Dublin Road about 4km from Ballina town centre.

The hotel has an exceptional mixture of leisure facilities including a gymnasium, a 20-metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
