CBRE is seeking €1.4 million for two adjoining retail buildings at 51-52 Bolton Street, Dublin 1, and a site at the rear with planning permission to develop a five-storey apartment block facing on to Henrietta Place.
The sale will include two retail units rented by Subway and Flynn Signs under a short-term annual lease of €20,500.The first floor of the building is also available and can be converted into apartment use. Two further overhead floors are in separate ownership. There is out line planning permission for the five-storey, 860sq m building to the rear to accommodate seven apartments.
