PROPERTY asset managers WK Nowlan Associates has announced the co-option of Michael Gilmartin as a non-executive member of its board and as company chairman. Gilmartin, up to recently head of banking at KBC Bank, has over 30 years of corporate and commercial banking experience in a variety of lending roles in the domestic and overseas markets.

Bill Nowlan, chief executive of the WK Nowlan, said Gilmartin’s banking knowledge would make a huge contribution to growing the property asset management skills within the company.
