Mixed-use building in Temple Bar for €1.35m

Savills is guiding €1,350,000 for a retail building in Dublin's Temple Bar area with three overhead apartments.

The four-storey over basement building on Fownes Street has an overall floor area of more than 442sq m (4,761sq ft) and is currently producing a rental income of €110,000. Tola Vintage, which sells vintage clothes and accessories, is paying €50,000 per annum for 179sq m (1,929sq ft) at ground and basement level. The sale is being carried out on behalf of Ken Tyrrell of PwC.
