Georgian office rents are rising in Dublin.

Agent Bennetts seeks a rent of €452 per sq m (€42 a sq ft) for 670sq m (7,212sq ft) in the adjoining four-storey over basement Georgian houses at 7-8 Upper Mount Street, Dublin 2, which have just come on the letting market.

Four parking spaces to the rear cost an additional €3,500 a car.

Bennetts says the houses have been refurbished to a modern specification and come with open-plan floors, CAT 6 cabling, a four-person lift to all floors, kitchen and shower facilities and modern light fittings.
