Naas town centre site with approval for 20 homes seeks €1.5m

Planning permission provides for 12 houses and block of eight apartments on Main Street

Agent Coonan Property is guiding €1.5 million for a site in Naas town centre with full planning permission for the development of 20 residential units.

Located on the Limerick Road (R445), the site offers the prospective purchaser the opportunity to deliver a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom townhouses and apartments. The approved scheme provides for the demolition of an existing derelict two-storey house and outbuildings, and the construction of 11 three-storey houses, one single-storey house and a four-storey block of eight apartments.

The development will also include the provision of 11 car parking spaces, a new boardwalk along the nearby stream, and associated landscaping and site works including a part of the public green space to the north/east of the site, which is in the ownership of Kildare County Council.

The property will be offered for sale by public auction in Lawlor’s Hotel, Naas on April 12th.
