The Wexford-based developer Seamus Neville has paid a strong price of over €37.5 million for an eight-acre greenfield site on the Naas Road in west Dublin. It is close to the new Luas park-and-ride facility at the Red Cow roundabout

The site, which has 150 metres of frontage onto the Naas Road, forms part of a new Naas Road corridor study by South Dublin Co Council which will set the guidelines for what will be a major gateway corridor. James Meagher of HT Meagher O'Reilly handled the sale.
