One of the lowest office rents in Dublin – €75 per sq m (€7 per sq ft) – has just been agreed for part of a building at Eastpoint Business Park in the Dublin docklands. The American developer and distributor of video games, Activision, has leased 836 sq m (9,000 sq ft) on the top floor of one of the oldest buildings where Sun Microsystems is also a tenant.

There is considerable competition for tenants between the owners of older buildings in the park. The more modern buildings are making at least €150 per sq m (€14 per sq ft).
